JOB DESCRIPTION:   To manage efficient and effective food services for the provision of wholesome and nutritious food products for students and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:   Certified Food Service Manager Certificate required. Knowledge of all phases of volume food preparation and service. Ability to supervise a variety of food service workers. The physical condition necessary for performance responsibilities. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to relate and work well with students, staff, co-workers, and administrators. Clerical and math tests required. Computer skills preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

SALARY:  Nine-month position, beginning salary Level 33, employee benefits in accordance with Board policies.

 

EVALUATION:  Performance to be evaluated in accordance with Board Policy on the evaluation of support personnel.
